Development Director
MCHS seeks an experienced Development Director to manage a range of fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in development for a nonprofit organization, with specific experience with planned giving, capital campaigns, direct mail, grant writing and fundraising software. Must also have experience in identifying, cultivating and nurturing relationships with established and potential donors. Excellent presentation, writing, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing staff, budgets and fiscal management also highly desirable. May require availability on some evenings and weekends. Will consider full time or part time candidates.

Field Driver (FT)
MCHS is looking for a hard working individual to transport animals to and from veterinarian’s offices; remove wildlife from homes; locate, capture and assist injured or sick wildlife, domestic and possibly aggressive animals; pick up stray animals, assist Animal Services Officers when requested; maintain daily trip logs for the vehicles, and, other duties as assigned. Individual must have good customer service skills, act in a professional and courteous manner, have compassion for animals, must pass a police background check and have a clean driving record.
