Lisa brings extensive experience in finance, accounting and operations for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including National Public Radio, the University of Maryland’s Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center and the National Association of Social Workers. Before her retirement last year, she was controller with the Association of Public Health Laboratories in Silver Spring, Maryland. Lisa holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Maryland (music) and Rutgers University (political science) and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a long-standing supporter of several animal welfare organizations, and lives in Silver Spring with her husband Roger and three rescued cats.
