MCHS License Plates
You can show your love of animals & your support of our important work with a MCHS LUV or Maryland spay / neuter license plate on your car!
There are 2 different license plates available for purchase:
MCHS "LUV" Plate
$75 ($45 goes to MCHS)
MD Pet spay/neuter Plate
$50 ($20 goes to MCHS)
Please note the following:
- These plates cannot be personalized AND the MVA will not process your application if you have outstanding traffic fines or if your vehicle registration is not current.
- Payment for your MCHS or Spay/Neuter license plates is different than your registration fee to renew your license plates. The charge for the MCHS or spay/neuter license plates is a one-time fee, and the portion over $30.00 is a tax-deductible donation to MCHS.
- Your Maryland registration fee is paid every two years, and your new animal license plates cannot be issued until your registration is current. When you order your animal tags, you will NOT have to pay another registration fee.
