If you're interested in volunteering at Humane Together Thrift & Gift, we warmly invite you to visit our store  and experience, firsthand, who and what we are!

Fill out an application 

Please take the time to carefully review and fill out the application form. We typically seek candidates with prior experience, though we carefully consider every application. 

Attend a Volunteer Information Session

Following the review of your application, you will receive an invitation to attend a Volunteer Information Session at our rescue. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your application.

Agree to possessing Essential Capabilities

All volunteers must demonstrate certain capabilities listed here.

Attend assigned training
Upon acceptance into our program, our volunteer coordinator will arrange training sessions for you, pairing you with a volunteer mentor or a member of our store staff to conduct your training.
