MCHS will arrange for the animal(s) to be altered prior to the adoption and all adoption fees must be paid by the time of adoption. Fees include the spay/neuter surgery, any tests or vaccines and a microchip (including the registration). 

All applications will be held and considered valid for a period of 24 hours after submission. Should no further action be taken or a supervisor approved extension granted, said application will be void and the next available applicant will be contacted.
