Pamela Easson, Secretary (2016-17), is a career Federal manager and is currently a Branch Chief in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.  Pam is accustomed to overseeing large budgets and resolving a variety of human resources, information technology and customer relations issues. As a result of her experience, she understands the factors necessary for the smooth operation of an organization and is able to apply this knowledge to positively affect overall organizational change. She holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Behavior Disorders. Pam has volunteered for MCHS for the past 15 years as an adoption volunteer, and has served on the board since 2008. She shares her life and her home with her beloved Siamese cat, Jules B. who was adopted from MCHS.
